we have taken down the plaster board in our loft bedroom it had bits of fibreglass insulation which we are replacing with kingspan sheets the rafters are 100mm/ 4 inch what size kingspan can we use to keep enough air flow between tiles and insulation?

you need a 25mm gap above so 75mm
