Hello,
I had two Dakea-brand pitched roof windows installed last summer. One of them is getting fairly hard to close. Normally you should be able to pull it shut quite easily and turn the handle to lock it, but recently it needs quite a bit of force to pull it shut.

Looking at the window and comparing it to the other one which doesn't have this problem, it looks as if the window is slightly misaligned. Rather than there being an even gap between the window and the frame along each side, it's as if the window has shifted slightly clockwise, so there's a larger gap at the top left than the bottom left (and similarly a smaller gap on the top right than the bottom right). It's not a huge tilt but I guess it's enough to make the window stick against the frame.

I'm wondering if there's anything I can try to fix this? Is it possible to e.g. loosen a couple of screws and attempt to tilt the window back in place? Or is this something that needs a pro to look at?

Thanks in advance!
