Hello

Wondering if someone might be able to help me with an issue I have with a pvc window that has a sizable gap at the top when closed.

There's no adjustment that I can see for this and from as far I can work out the window isn't meant to tilt.

Can someone possibly share some light on this? I've attached a pic of the window.

Many thanks.

Possibly the slider hinge is broken. Look for a plastic part in two parts in the channel of the mechanism. You might be able to push the window fully closed from the outside as a temporary measure.

Yes new hinges needed.
About £7 for the hinges but they can be tricky to fit.
A local double glazing company will probably charge about £60-100 to do it. Get some estimates or post back here and we can talk you through it
