Planning permission to change conservatory roof?

Do I need planning permission?

I want to change my 14-year-old polycarbonate roof to an energy-efficient glass one.

My conservatory is 6m x 3m and has two tie bars with a box gutter at the back.

I understand I will need a new box gutter but will I also need the support of a tie bar/bars with this size glass roof, if yes do I need just one or two bars?
