plaster board

im planning to replasterboard my bathroom behind bath annd shower cubicle as previous owner did not beleive in grout and wall was all black , and im wanting to put insulation into the cavity do help with noise .
do i need special plaster board for bathrooms???

you are better off using aquapanel or similar. does not rot when exposed to persistent damp conditions.
