Plaster boarding an rsj

Hello,
I am about to plasterboard an rsj and was just wondering if I could stick the plasterboard to the underside of the rsj with some form of no nails or another suitable adhesive?

Thanks for the reply, excellent video.
Unfortunately due to the way one side has to match up to the existing wall It's not really an option to put the under side piece on that way the only way I could do it is to stick it on so is there any suitable adhesives I can use?
And also is it ok to do it that way?

Yes as long as surfaces sound ,clean and follow adhesive instructions.
