Plaster over pipes

I have pipes in the wall that i need to plaster over. I was planning to tape or sheaf tgg by e copper pipe but i cant get anything around it as ita butted againhst the pvc one. So i expanding foamed round back but dont know ho to treat the front ahead of plastering. I cant have anything potruding as it only mm from skim. Any ideas?

Also should i use hardwall to fill then a skim on top? Even thought about that stuff you can roller on as im an amateur.

At this stage all I can suggest is to stick/ tuck some electrical insulation tape in the exposed gap to stop render actually contacting the pipe then plaster.
Another time wrap the pipe in plastic wrap first, with this.
