Difficult without seeing the job & it depends how many days it takes. Day rate, say, £160 - £180 for a spread on his own - depends on locality. Add to this, say, £80 - £100 for a mixer but it’s probably his best mate & it maybe questionable if he’s needed or not on your job; but it is a largish area! Work it out for yourself if you think it’s a fair price or not!
