this is the problem i have, after putting up corner beads, when it comes to plastering,to get it nice and square i find i have to use quite alot to build it up to create a sqare corner,i use a square to check it.

the problem being is that i tend to cover quite alot of the window frame/achitrive,which does not look right, what am i doing wrong,if i make it thin, then it is not square

these are skim beads used for plasterboards or for reskimming walls they nail on, then theres float beads which you set then float too, what job were you doing?
