Hello

Can I run plastic pipe up a cavity wall (to avoid any joints in out of the way places) to my electric shower with the last inch or so being copper? I read somewhere that combi boilers need the last bit in copper, is it the same principle with electric showers?

Thanks

Andy

the last connection to your shower can be plastic but use a compression fitting
nothing to do with the one metre rule for any boiler :D

If it's an outside uninsulated cavity wall there would be a risk of freezing, conection to shower no problem.
