Plastic Push Fit Elbow Connectors.

These plastic Push Fit connectors..

Once the brass pipe is pushed in should the plastic nuts be tightened or left untightened??

I assume you mean copper pipe ?

Yes copper pipe.

So you tighten the nut up and if you want to remove in the future untightern and pull back the release ring and remove the pipe?

Yes ,loosen the nut ,press the collar inward towards the fitting ,whilst pulling on the pipe to release it.
