plate hex hard or easy????

hi guys
can anyone advise me on how easy it is to remove a plate hex ona vokera linea 730 and also what to use to clean it and neutralise it etc

its running hot and cold every minute or two

also would you change the rubber seals???

If the hot water is fluctuating Hot/Cold it is unlikely to be a Plate Heatexchanger fault, i would check the Thermistors & wiring before going any further

looks straight forward enough in the book

must admit never done one

clean it with ds40 or similar

but out of interest what if anything should i use to neutralise after cleaning??

could i swap thermistors over just to try/confirm??

Linea plate heat exchangers are a piece of ****. Massive amount of room behind the heat ex to remove it. Just 2 screws to undo. Replace the 4 orings and smear of silicon grease on refit
