Hi all.
This flat isnt built very well. I have noticed there is lots of movement in many of the plaster boards around both around the window and some of the walls.
I recently had all the windows replaced and now the movement in tge sills is annoying me. See a video here:

The top of this video was sent fixed by the window installers as there was quite a bit of sag on the top plaster board.
Can anyone recommend an easy fix for this issue?
Maybe drill a small hole and try to spray some foam or something in which would also act as a bonding agent?
Or drill a countersunk screw or two in?
