Please help, overheat thermostat problems!

Chris - the return and flow are both as hot as each other, so circulation is not the problem.

I have also checked that the flow pipe gets hot first so pump is fine.

Not sure what else it could be.. if it is the paste would I be able 2 get it from any plumbing heating store? I've spent 100 quid on this now..

What was the measured temperature of both?
