Please Help! Worcester Bosch Greenstar Cdi not working

New batteries and reset but still no green light on receiver. can I get into the receiver and bridge the circuit?? or am I going mad??

ps you can put pre settings into the thermostat?

This will show you how to flip off the cover to check if LEDs are lit.

Yes the red light is on the receiver. Before you all leave me in the cold (literally) can you please tell me how I get into the receiver box? I cannot see any screws. And guys one big thanx for all your help you are stars.

the front cover just pulls off, but there is nothing in there bar 240volts and a big fright!!

im thinking boiler is doing dhw pre heat and not getting signal from programmer, but not up on WBs

Takes a minute, if that.
I reckon the stat packed up, but the only real way of finding out is operating on the boiler, which is not something I would advise a householder to do.
