I need to replace some blown double glazed units and have received a quote

Prices are to supply and fit

4mm clear glass, silver cavity spacers, 5 year guarantee, no VAT chargeable.

Location: Hampshire near Bournemouth.

Are those prices reasonable for work doing and area?

What are they being fitted into, wood, pvc or aluminium? And why is no vat chargeable?

My gut feeling , if upvc , is they are a little higher than we would charge , but each area of the country will have different labour rates so hard for us to judge. If you aren't happy with the price , ask another company ....

The frames are PVC. Trader is sole trader who undertakes repairs only and below VAT liability threshold and recommended. Average SD property cost is £335K.
