Please, please, please help!

Hi all,

This is a desperate plea from someone who is completely useless when it comes to all things plumbing!

I have a Worcester 28i RSF Combi Boiler (MY 2000 ish) which turns off when you turn on a hot tap, then it fires back up again when you turn the hot tap off, the central heating is a bit sporadic to.

Does anyone know what this could be please?

The light and flame go out inside the boiler when you turn a tap on.

do u have to reset the boiler? do you know how to use a multi meter? check the dhw flow switch
