Plug Socket Converters

Does anyone know where i can get a silver or chrome double to single plug socket from?

The previous owner of my house added plug sockets by placing a two plug front onto a single mounted case. I've been looking everywhere but i can only find plastic ones.

AFAIK the converta sockets are only available in white plastic.

The use of these often indicates an ageing installation, and it may be an idea to get a report on the condition of your installation.

If all is ok, then it's time to get out the lump hammer and chisels.

If not, then it's time to get out the lump hammer and chisels.

You could try using a chrome double socket with a single-to-double pattress coverter like this

Yep, that'll be more attractive than a white converta socket
