Plugging chisel

It's fine as it is, a few whacks with a lump hammer will sort it out, it's not a precision tool.

Just a reminder from a health and safety point of view, here in mid wales we tend to move our heads and look at the hammer as we strike the chisel, in North wales (anywere above dolgellau) they will look at the strike end of the chisel that your aiming the hammer at. and south of Becon they will always look at the point end of the chisel as they are bashing it with an hammer. Are you in wales?? can you confirm what "Hitter" you are? try all three and let me know which seems most comfortable.
