Adra hope you get someone to do your install , sorry not much help . but if supplies are adequate as mentioned in previous thread, i would go for an unvented system considering your circumstances

Get a quote for unvented cylinder and pump/break tank set up as well if you finally find a plumber.

If Unvented, make sure they're UHW (G3) qualified
