My name is Andy Taylor and I am very interested in having a career as a plumber/gas engineer. I have done a plumbing course at college when I left school and completed a two-year course, for the third year I had to be employed on a day release basis but unfortunately I couldn’t find anyone to take me on after sending out numerous letters. I then lost interest and worked at Tesco for nearly three years but now I am determined to get back in to Plumbing, I currently work at a Plumbing merchants, with me working mon-fri full time I am looking to get work on a weekend with a plumber/gas engineer and I am willing to do this for nothing as I am just after the experience to gain confidence. I hope you can help me with anything or advice on how to get the experience i need.

, just wondering does anyone know of any big plumbing firms who may work weekends? who would give someone a chance or any other advice would be helpful
