Plumbing Dishwasher

Hello,

Going to be getting a dishwasher very soon and was just looking into installing it....

We only have one water outlet valve under the sink which has the washing machine attached to it - is there some sort of connection I can buy to be able to connect both dishwasher and washing machine to the same water outlet?
