I hope someone can advise me on my extension, I have no faith in my builder at all.

I have had a downstairs toilet, sink and shower room built onto my kitchen extsnion. The builder has laid the floors and not put any pipe work down under them? I noticed today that he has attached a thin white flexi tube to the plasterboard running from the kitchn to the toilet? Is this correct or is he cutting corner? Im no expert but thought you woud need to use copper or plastic ridig pipes ran under the floor

Thanks everyone, this is the extension from hell

Difficult to say without seeing it, but the use of PVC pipe such as this is common, as is installing it in the wall. If you have a solid concrete floor, be glad it's not installed there. I can't comment on the quality of the work without seeing it, but if you post a photograph on here someone will no doubt do so.
