Well getting there slowly. Pump fitted...Check. Copper Pipe run....Check.

Toilet soil pipe ... check.

Now the bl**dy sink. Due to my wife it is on the other side of the bathroom to the soil pipe.Cannot run it across the bathroom as the beams the other way. Was just going to run it along the floor./ wall join and box in.... But now she is complaining about that. So question is ?

Can I run it down from the sink into the floor, then along the beam to the wall, from there I can run it over the floor boxed as it is behind the bath and stright into the soil pipe.

My old bathroom has something similiar.... but the plumbing in my old bathroom is a little eccentric...

Also, I have also run the soil pipe for the toilet under the floor boards (originally the builders but it above ?

Is there any reason why I shouldn't ?

Cheers

how is it going to drain

I assuem the same way the one in the other bathroom does, as it is pretty much the same :(

So next idea.... can I run it inside the stud wall, surely to pass it through would mean weakening the structure....

Sounds to me like the method you suggest would mean that it falls then rises to go back to soil, which would cause a problem with water sitting in the pipe, and possibly not draining unless there was enough pressure.

Can't you just notch out the joists where it would run across them and keep it all at same level, or slight fall, under the floor?

I`d rather weaken a non loadbearing stud wall .......than a bleedin floor
