Plumbworld - are they reliable?

Hi folks,

I want to buy a chrome heated towel rail for the bathroom and Plumbworld seem to be the cheapest. I've never bought from them before, so can anyone let me know if they are reliable or whether I'll get what I pay for and end up with a dodgy product?

All product are dodgy from wherever, it's built in at the factory.

I recently bought a sink mixer tap from Plumbworld. It was a known brand, but service from Plumbworld regarding price and delivery was good.

Never had a problem with them ... beyond the occassional wait for goods to be in stock. Like anything pay on a Credit card if you want extra protection.
