just preparing quote for taking power to an aluminium greenhouse in the rear garden and wanted to know others opinions on wether people consider this frame is an extraneous conductive part. If so, do i need to bring the greenhouse in to the equipotential zone or tt it there. or just export the earth via the steel wired armour if not considered extraneous.

Thanks

If it's a standard domestic greenhouse, then there's no need for a bond onto the frame, and no need for special PME considerations.

It would be a different matter if it were a sizeable, commercial affair having its frame as part of the buried foundation.
