DIY renovation of 490 year old cottage that is also listed Grade II
To plumb it ( water and central heating ) in copper will be a night mare due to the layout and the need to do as little "damage" to the ancient floor boards as possible. The recommendation is to use plastic pipe for its flexibility and I have decided on PolySure pipe and fittings.
The recommended tooling from REMS looks like costing me about £ 270 + VAT. which is a lot for a one house "career" in plumbing.
Are there alternative tools for PolySure fittings ?
