Poor finish on K-Rend

Would like to hear your opinions on the state of this render please. My builder has applied K-Rend and it looks like this. Extremely disappointed and can’t accept it’s supposed to look like this. Please can you let me know your thoughts?

It’s not great, but a light like that across any render will make it look like the surface of the moon. Get a picture in daylight to get more of an idea?
