Poor hot water pressure....

Hi all,
New to the site, and plumbing too!
I have lived in this house for five years now and the hot water pressure has been bad for the whole time. Its really poor on all taps in the house. The cold water pressure is fine. We had the boiler replaced a couple of years ago with an Optia condensing model and that hasn't made any difference either.(not sure that it should, told you i was new to this!) Has anyone got any suggestions on where to start in resolving this?
