Poorly fitted kitchen, or am I being too fussy?

I am renovating a house but didn't want to tackle the kitchen; I paid £2500 to have a £6000 kitchen fitted professionally. As it was going in I noticed a couple of chips on the laminate worktop where it had been cut on a corner. Nothing was said and now it looks as if the fitter has just filled them in. They are only small (2 x 1-2mm) however, I can obviously see the filler. Is this acceptable, or should I get the worktop taken out and replaced? Any thoughts greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Kitchen fitters carry matching filler for minor chips in worktops, it needs a photo to show how serious the chip is before judgement can be made.
