Hi, At the moment we have a hard wood porch, glass to the top and bottom, size is width 4ft by13ft long and 8ft high, flatroof. We wish to replace this with brick to the bottom and upvc to the top half and keeping the flatroof. Do i have to inform my council and put new plans in's or can i just go ahead.
