The only time the pump seems to spin is after a hot water draw off on ch constant everything is dormant

But you said the pump was "deffo spinning" on CH.
And you were asked to check a voltage
And to check the CH temp sensor - check its resistance. Can do it in situ if you disconnect it
The fan should come on first. Could be a pcb failure - usual culprit if everything else really IS ok.
