i have a potterton puma 80/80e. the mains light is on all the time but not the flame light does not come on at all. the pump runs when the heating or WH is turned on but the boiler does not fire up?

Is the lockout light on ?

the fan was not running.
i took it out the impeller was very stiff. i sprayed the bearings with wd40 which freed it up. it works ok for around 20mins then stops when it cools down it will work again and so on. I think i need some new bearings or a new motor for the fan
