Yesterday I changed a light in my kitchen, which required me to turn the kitchen power supply off at the consumer unit.
When I turned the power back on, the boiler was dead - completely and utterly dead. I checked the fuse at the switch and the fuse on the PCB and both are OK. There is 240v coming in from the mains. The transformer coils are both closed circuits and there is power going to them.
Today I fitted a new PCB, but there is still no life from it. I even disconnected the light I fitted, just in case, but nothing.
Anyone know what could be wrong with it? Is there some sort of master trip switch that I am not seeing?!
Any help much appreciated. It's cold here...
