potterton combi fan problem

hi to all,
please urgent help reqierd,
i had problem with potterton perfoma eco 24 he
it was making kettlig noise +it wasn't giving enough hot water + when yor are running hot water radiators starts to warmup so after getting some information on the net i tookout the main exchanger cleaneded it
put it back put new plate exchanger and new diverter valve i've represherrised it checked for leeks everything ok turn power on pump is running fan is not running red lite comes on and yellow lite flashes,
any suggestions much aprishiated many thanks in advance.

You are obviously out of your depth after chucking parts and guessing on how to repair your boiler.Get it sorted by a good boiler repair specialist and save your self a lot of aggro. Turning on your spellchecker would also help.

I totally agree!

I cannot suss out what main HE this boiler has. Is it the premix model?

If so then one wonders how he cleaned it out!

Yep, the two guys above here are right: you are biting off more than you can chew, get a breakdown repair specialist to solve the problem.
