Had new gas valve, control board fitted worked for a day now will not start, pilot no gas but has spark. Only getting 100volts dc at gas valve, I believe it should be 176volts dc. Can somebody help please, very cold for over a week now

Does the boiler have a correct earth.

Before you answer "yes" how do you know?

When was boiler properly serviced?

get the man back who did the work, for the money you have spent, a boiler as simple as this one should work
