I went to a house today with the above boiler installed there, the house is huge with 30 rads. The boiler is 12 years old and is junk, it has heated to such an extent that steam has blown from the PRV, it also seems to jump from 1bar to again water gushing from the PRV, the owner wants rid of it and some wall mounted bolier installed instead, given the house size and amount of rads will i need t otie two boilers in to give the coverage the house would need? I am unable to find a wall mounted boiler with the same btu performance.
