Hi just been to this boiler and have not had any dealings with them before so any help would be great. The hot water runs fine and gets nice and hot but on heating the boiler reaches temp very quickly and then starts to kettle. The flow pipe gets warm but no circulation. When i arrived on site the pump had failed so changed that but still little circulation.Could the problem be at the diverter, have never worked on this boiler so a bit lost with any common faults. All rads are full and bled and pressure ok,all valves open thanks for any help pete

If everything else is working then it does sound as though the DV could be stuck in the HW position.

Can't see what else could stop the flow, unless it is off boiler and a blockage somewhere.

You could double check that the ch isolating valves are both fully open. Stranger things have happened

Hi dave thanks for the reply, have taken both valve off and the are open and checked to see if any mesh filters in the valves like the britony 80 but nothing.do you know where to get any manuals on these boilers thanks pete

The mesh filter is in the CH return isolation valve, there is a cap facing you as you look at it, or the filling loop pipe goes onto it if thats where the installers have fitted it.

once cap/filling loop is removed the filter is a mesh tube that pulls out for cleaning, its not like the brittony which is on the inlet to the isolation valve and its quite hard to spot! Its more like its wrapped around the inside of the valve.

happy hunting!!
