Potterton Performa 24HE Eco - Hot Water Fault

My Potterton stopped producing hot water completely earlier on. Hot water is now coming from the taps, but only if the taps are full on. If I turn the taps down a bit, to approx half, the water runs cold and the burner light on the boiler goes out.

Does anyone have any ideas. The pressure is OK, and the flue or condesate drain aren't blocked.

Assuming this boiler uses the same diverter valve as the earlier non condensing boiler then the hydraulic unit is failing.

My guess is on a torn/pin holed diaphram.

Drain and replace.....not too difficult
