Hi guys,my hot water takes a while to get hot from the tap, could it be the diaphragm and is it a big job to replace,ie drain all system or can you just drain the boiler on its own?,many thanks for your time guys

The diaphragm is one cause of poor hot water, but not the only cause,
far more info would be need to make a diagnosis - rather than randomly guestermating the fault and changing parts that may or may not need replacing it would be far better and probably cheaper to get a boiler service engineer in to have a look and fix it for you!!

I would start with the gas pressure. More often than not, gas line is undersized

You need to see if the demand switch is operating.

Hardly useful advice for a DIYer.

Is the diverter valve switch operating?

dont forget, this boiler has 2 diverter valves, cos it stores pre heated water in the expansion vessel. you deffo need an expert on these,

Stumps is right. I have to remind myself how they work when I come across one. A slightly subtle fault can throw you.
