i don`t think the boiler is wired to the megaflow, although it is plumbed to the megaflow,
if you can imagine the only power source to the boiler being a 3 pin plug,
when you turn on plug boiler will fire,get to temp,and cut off,as water cools in boiler,burner fires on again and the cycle continues,
this is because the ch water has nowhere to go
when megaflow opens ch 2 port valve or hot water 2 port valve, the heated water from the boiler now has somewhere to go!!
as mickyg states asking on this site for help tracing wiring, you will get loads of help
or if you call in a pro, you will have enough info to keep you right.
