After all that typing I'm sorry to tell you that you won't get any help off this site. Your problem is clearly gas related and it is against the forum rules for the gas fitters to give advice.

Ah ok, I just read the sticky in detail- reading the header only I thought it was talking about gas plumbing and fittings. I wasn't aware it extended further than that.
