Hi I need some advice on the above boiler. (I'm no plumber). I have the above boiler in a cupboard in the kitchen. On the bottom of the boiler on the left hand side there's a plastic pipe that comes out/goes in and its dripping. It only drips when the boiler's running. Is it just a case of undoing the plastic "nut" and replacing what I assume is a worn washer? Or do I need to call someone out?
Thanks in advance.

Technically speaking the condense pipe is part of the flue system, and should be repaired by a pro. It may only be a simple fix, but needs checking for safe discharge.
