He has only made two postings and does not know that he should not add to old postings.
We have to be polite and gentle to new visitors.
In his case there is nothing we can do as he has an insurance policy to cover his boiler. He needs to pester the firm to get the muppets they employ to fix it properly.
If only they paid better salaries they could choose better engineers. At the moment the less capable have no where else to go.
