Potterton Puma 80e problem

Hell man read the authors opening question.He states he has "re-soldered" any faults on the mod board Hell boy :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

The user is telling us that there is an input voltage but no output at the transformer.

He has not measured the resistances of the windings. He has ( wrongly ) been asked to measure the resistance of the secondary winding but does not seem to have done that or more relevantly measured the primary resistance.

It does sound so far as if the transformer or its connections are faulty. I have never encountered that fault yet.

I've changed 3 dud transformers in about a year.
