Thats a very big boiler, how big is the property and how many taps, baths etc do you have.

it;a semi detached but with a loft conversion and many extensions on the ground floor, i have a bath , a shower and basin upstairs and a sink and downstairs toilet basin.
I have only gone for this one because of the flow rate on the hot water, the previous 80,000BTU boiler coped with the heating demand with no problem.
