Potterton Puma - No CH & HW runs for about 10 secs

Hi

I have a Potterton Puma (80\80e). Since last night it is currently not giving any heat from the CH & the HW runs for about 10 secs before going cold.

Whats been done so far.

Replaced main circuit board as I had the old one with broken mains power track (repaired).

Tightened up a slack thermostatic radiator valve in the house to hand tight, (this may or not be relavent to the cause of the fault).

The wife has complained of it "grumbling" at odd periods before running smoothly again.

I am happy with any repairs to the electric's & basic maintence tasks. But I am not looking to tread where Corgis fear not to tread.

Thanks for any input before I freeze to death.

Can't tell - Somethings running though.

Whereabouts is the fan located on the chassis (front is off on it ATM).

I would advise getting a corgi registered engineer in to do this though

OK its warm at the top & the "fan" noise is loudest up there.

My regular Corgi guy is probably playing cards ATM in the pub across the road, trying to see if there's anything I can do in advance.

CORGIs tread anywhere, but they always wipe their feet come rain or shine if they are BG or Agile!

I have spoken to my Corgi guy (He's been ill & on a 2 day course tomorrow).

From what I have diagnosed from the flowchart (d`oh) on the back & his own thoughts from what I have described its the air pressure switch.

Does anyone have the part number for this spare\guide to cost?
