Hi.

I'm looking for advice regarding my boiler A couple of days ago I awoke in the middle of the night sweating myself away, assumed the Mrs had turned the heating up too much, and being as lazy as I am just opened a window with the intention of resolving it in the morning. Unfortunately it appears to be a problem with the boiler itself. Regardless of the thermostat settings or the timer, the central heating just keeps going and going... The only way I can stop the central heating is to turn the electricity supply to the boiler off.

About 6 months ago I replaced the PCB due to having to reset almost hourly, and have had no problems since. The only time the boiler seems to stop heating is when then status light goes out, then flashes green/yellow, then flashes green, then stays green, and heating resumes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Having had a good amount of time to browse the forum, thats what I've come up with also. I'll take a look...

Cheers.
