Potterton Suprima Orange Light not Firing Up

I have a Suprima boiler approx 20 years old. The light is constant orange but won’t fire up properly, comes on for 10-15 mins then switches off again.
Have turned up the temperature on the tank and boiler currently working and radiators and water are now hot, but not sure how long for.
Had new fan about a year ago and both valves less than 2 years old
