Potterton Suprima Slow Flashing ORANGE LED ???

Can anyone tell me what it wrong when the LED on my Potterton Suprima boiler is slowly Flashing ORANGE.

I know that it flashes Orange quickly if the Temp Switch is turned off but this is flahing Orange slowing and not starting up when the central heating thermostat is turned up and calling for heat??

There is nothing in the manual about a SLOW Flashing Orange LED.....

Any ideas anyone?

I have exactly the same symptom occuring on my Suprima 50L today. Did you ever find out what the cause was?

I used to hold the reset button down for 5 seconds to start it up if this happened & it usually worked ok. The problem came back last year and had to get the circuit board replaced.

It started playing up again recently and only had CH when the water was heating up......problem was a broken microwsitch on the 3 port valve by the tank.
